Taksim Turkish Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

I tried to have dinner there with my family yesterday. It wasn't crowded at all since it was a weekday, but unfortunately I had to leave as I am autistic and the staff flat-out refused to accommodate. There was another family on the other side of the room and their girl was watching videos on the phone. The girl was also special needs so we just politely asked the staff if they could request to turn it down a little, as even with me wearing noise cancelling earplugs I could still hear the videos. I never asked for them to stop, I just needed it to be slightly less loud, which really wasn't an unreasonable request at all. We asked the staff 3 times to talk to the parents and they refused to help. I ended up being forced to leave without eating my food and waiting for my family outside to avoid a meltdown. The experience was an absolute disaster, and I left humiliated and hungry. The staff needs better training on disabilities and they need to learn to find compromises when they have several special needs clients at the same time. Prioritizing one person and forcing the other to leave isn't acceptable at all, particularly when there is an easy solution that could have made everyone comfortable. Worst worst worst experience ever, this is the first time i am getting disapppinted on a restraunt. We were 5 elders and a kid. As we had small snacks along the way through global village we werent really hungry, but we decided to stop by this turkish restraunt. We ordered a family meal of four along with an alfredo pasta, a sandwich for porter and 6 bottles of water. First they brought us salads as staters as in good restraunts then they bought the pasta and the family grill as shown in the menu. This food was below average with non cooked meat . At the time we requested for the bill , the sandwich parcel did not arrive so asked for the parcel, bad service at that . They took a hefty amount of time to give us the damn bill . When we finally got the bill, we were shocked as they had added the food that we have not ordered. As per our calculation our order should be 488 dirhams but as per the bill it was 911 they have scammed us bad . I along with my people felt really bad after this experience. The amount of time they took to deliver the bill makes me think they plotted this. Please be aware of these kind of scammers and restraunts.still have the bill for proof.
