First time here today!. I genuinely disappointed ☹️ I’ll never come back to The Alley

the waiter he’s so rude and ignorant (the short one) what is kind of attitude is that? what kind of service is that? I asked to put my bubble tea in my own cup instead of giving service he told me CAN NOT because my straw can’t suck the bubble in a really really rude way with facial expression. Like what’s wrong with you baba? I asked another question because I wanna buy something else the other guy he’s tryna answer but seems like he’s not fluent yet he looked at him to help I’m sure he heard the question there’s no reply but he’s singing the song instead!

Other thing hopefully at least the bubble tea it’s good but it’s NOT. they didn’t ask me to customize my tea at all. Just bland the Bubble nothing unique, too tough it’s not my cup of tea personally don’t like it

Dear, the owner please think about your staff behavior it’s just a reflection of your shop they are representing you. Treat them well

The Alley is a chain of bubble tea shops around the world, easily recognized by the deer (more like a 20 pt trophy buck) - this location in Dubai is tucked in the Chinese quarter of International City, mostly catered towards the Chinese expats of Dubai.

The bubble tea here is generally on par with other Alley chains but nothing to hit home about. Furthermore, given that it's in International City, you have to temper your expectations. There is a little bit more of a grungy feel.

We might be back, we might not, there are an increasing number of bubble tea shops in Dubai which will keep...

I went here and the Owner its so BAD BEHAVIOR. They dont accept Card or even Transfer bank, its “DUBAI” and its “2024” how can they dont even use card or Payment by transfer like lol 🤣.even they dont put write on front door or in cashier if “CASH PAYMENT ONLY.” And we should go to ATM for take the money in somwhere 5 another building and come back to the shop for bring the money just for 40 aed (and the atm so waiting line) omgggg so difficult . First time living in dubai have this experience just in hereee hahaha🤣 . Will never ever come back here...
