Small edit after my review before a week Abdoun Falafel owner contacted us and one of his team Mr Iyad insisted on making it up to us.. They sent us awesome plates foul and hummos and kibdah (second picture) ..it was great.. Thanks a lot.. Staff is not professional (I ordered the left overs for take away some fattah and two half bread one full bread that we touched already.. They took the full bread and put only two half.. We were 4 persons) food is good with some stuff like egg and fries little bit...

Although the food is great, the staff lack basic customer service skills.

I called for an order and when I arrived 15 minutes later, I discovered that the cashier failed to place the order and I had to wait after all other customers for my order. So why even call in advance?!

The cashier is always frowning and shouldn't be in that position. Doesn't respect customers or pay attention to his job.

Not sure how the owner tolerates this behavior as there are many other available options for customers. This place is not the only place available to customers and we can go to other...

We went there to try their Jordanian dishes, but ended up sitting for 30 minutes with no one coming to take our order.
