I visited Tim Hortons today around 1:45 AM with my family and placed an order for a cold coffee (Order No. 190). Unfortunately, the customer service at the main counter was very disappointing. The staff member wearing spectacles was particularly disrespectful and unprofessional in their behavior, which made me feel humiliated in front of my family. This level of inattentiveness and lack of courtesy is not what I expect from a well-known brand like Tim Hortons.
I believe customer service is a crucial part of the overall experience, and it was disheartening to see such poor treatment. I sincerely hope the management will look into this matter by reviewing the CCTV footage from that time and take necessary steps to train their staff on professionalism and respect towards customers. I’ve had much better experiences at other nearby cafes, like Filli Cafe, where the staff are welcoming and polite.

I ordered frozen French vanilla without cream, but it was served with cream. When I pointed this out, Muhammed dismissively said it was “fine for him,” which made no sense—I wasn’t ordering the drink for his preference. Read moreThe behavior of the staff needs to be taken seriously. Its the worker’s duty to ask us everytime if we have the app or not. The staff is not promoting the tim hortons app which defeats the purpose of the app being introduced. I keep showing the barcode to scan the membership ID but the staff still doesn’t do it. When I asked “did you scan my code?” he replies “No you did not show” and begins to stare at me so uncomfortably, this happened twice as I did 2 orders separately.
