Poor customer services I regert to choose the place. The restaurant was not in rush . I didn’t find any excuse of this bad service and rudeness of two waitresses. Expect one Egyptian staff was kind . There was no tissue on the table. The person taking order was too rude and impatient to listen. Then also he was acting like not hearing us each time I'm saying " can we order drinks , can we get tissue , can I get plate , fork, we get nothing even after repeating same request . I stand myself and my sister twice to get what we need from the waitresses. Zero service 👎🏻

Our requests were very basic . We don't even need to ask for ( tissue, sentizer they supposed to be on table). Still they were not happy to hear us !

I wanted to order more for the lunch but it would take forever to get another course. Also I lost my appetite for food. So decided to leave even without dessert or coffee

I regert choosing this place with family as I expected they would enojy the experinace. Mado supposed to have good reputation as we usually get. As many restaurants around us,I think if the customer service continues serving their customers same way , will eventually loose its competitive advantage. The food tastes good. But how we can enjoy the place n food if the serivce was rude and disrespectful.

I didn't want to write a review . However, my mood and my family was in a very better state before visiting the place. So I thought why not to tell you that?
