🌿🫖 Arabian Tea House – Sharjah, located in the charming Souq Al Shanasiyah near the Corniche, is a cultural and culinary gem that blends traditional Emirati hospitality with a serene, heritage-inspired setting. From the turquoise benches to the lace curtains and floral touches, the ambiance is dreamy and nostalgic 🌸🪑.
On my visit, I tried their Karak, Luqaimat, and Camel Milk Ice Cream with Dates—each offering a unique taste of the region. The Karak was freshly brewed, rich, and perfectly spiced, served in traditional cups that added to the experience 🫖😍. The Luqaimat were golden, crispy, and drizzled with date syrup—sweet, warm, and utterly comforting 🍯🍩.
The standout was the Camel Milk Ice Cream with Dates—a creamy, subtly sweet dessert with a distinct flavor that felt both luxurious and authentic 🐪🍨. It’s a must-try if you’re exploring Emirati cuisine.
Service was attentive, and the staff were happy to explain the dishes and offer recommendations. The menu is extensive, featuring everything from breakfast trays to grilled meats and traditional breads.

Read moreFood: the food at this place is good. The quantity and the quality of the food was at par with other such places.. we particularly liked the salad as it was very refreshing though Halloumi cheese could have been better it was chewy. We ordered a mix grill with Chicken Kebab, Lahm kabab and Chicken Tikka since Lahm tikka was over. The hummus was ok and the bread was freshly baked but it’s the kind of bread which will get tight after few minutes…. Kids ordered strawberry milk shake which was good from an adult point of view( less sugar) however kids wanted more sweeter. The Hamssat Dango (chick pea cooked in desi spices) was good with bread or with Salad. Overall a positive eating experience. I ordered a special lamb wrap, it’s the usual wrap and the thing special about it is that the lamb is cooked with tomato and onions with some spices… it was filling..
The quantity is good, hence order accordingly.
Ambience: the place gives good vibe.. it’s refreshing with a lot of white and blue color.. good light too.
Parking: parking is available right next to the souq, please get the...
Read moreMy visits to all Arabian Tea House locations have been positive, except for this branch, which presented significant service deficiencies. Coming all the way from Dubai arriving five minutes prior to the breakfast service's conclusion, we were inexplicably denied the tray option, a detail not specified on the menu. We were offered the same items as individual which doesnt make sense. The staff demonstrated difficulty in communication and answering our inquiries, providing consistently vague and unsatisfactory responses. Our request for a table with a view and subsequent request for a table change, upon availability, were not accommodated; instead of a waiting list, the available table was immediately assigned to a newly arrived party, despite our prior request. Subsequently, we were relocated. Overall, the staff displayed disorganization and inattentiveness, culminating in a substandard customer experience. While the ambiance was pleasant, the service quality fell considerably short of...
