Order placed at 18.10 on Friday Oct 3rd, app said the pizzas were delivered not true, called the store and they apologised because it was busy, they said it will be here soon, half an hour later no pizzas, phoned again and the guy on the phone said oh you haven’t received your order? No we haven’t, he said it will be here in 5 minutes WRONG again, this was half past seven one of the members of the house hold went ballistic. Order came at 19.50 pizzas & chicken where cold, they gave us an extra Texan bbq, no dips either we think we received someone else’s pizza probably Gareth’s order. This review is placed solely on the experience and not the pizza, I understand that the world is going through a difficult situation, but the lack of even general decency is what got me in a customer facing environment you expect at least to be acknowledged when entering a shop, I stood by the till for a solid 5 minutes when I saw my order on a screen saying it would be ready in another 5 minutes but no one checked if i was waiting to make an order or collect one not even a 'hi' or a smile when I was there I was just handed a couple of boxes for the worker to check if it was mine after the fact, on top of that absolutely no one was wearing a face mask while handling or...

Pizza always delicious. I live locally and have never tried another dominos, but a few of my colleagues who move about all over the country for work say it's by far the best dominos they have had - and these guys survive pretty much solely on fast food so that's high praise indeed! Also great value on Tuesdays! I would never order on any other day as a bit of bread with some sauce, cheese, and a few low quality meats(delicious, of course, and really, that's all that counts) is not worth 15 quid. 2 big pizzas for 15 - that I can stomach!
