Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and some cookies at about 11 at night. When I went to collect the food they had accidentally used a tomato base instead of the BBQ which I ordered. For me this wasn’t much of a problem because I only wanted to see what the BBQ tasted like. Once they realised the mistake they were beyond apologetic. I’m usually an easy going guy because mistakes happen. However this level of apology and exceptional service blew me away. I was apologies to by 3 members of staff and not just the person who usually has to deal with these sorts of situations. Not only that but the members of staff offered me a free pizza. Obviously I claimed it. However the way they were with me has really compelled me to write this review. I don’t usually write reviews but it needs to be made clear that the staff at this particular dominos are outstanding and very down to earth. Not to mention the food was amazing....

today i order my pizza from this store. although they claim that 1pm is there least busiest time of day, I order the pizza in advance and it took over an hour for it to arrive and I spent 45 minutes waiting outside in the cold for it to come as it was estimated to arrive for that time. They gave me a number for me to contact and I called more than 10 times consecutively and they failed the answer. The only time they did answer they were unable to tell me where the driver was. There was only one driver dispatched during the lunch time who had to go to all the addresses that had ordered pizza's and it appeared that he did not take in who needed which order for what time into account.
