KFC Bridge of Don- Broadfold Road — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

I visited Monday 15th March 2021 at 17pm, straight through to the drive thru, order taken quickly , food served promptly, staff polite and friendly .

This site is a new build only opening a few months ago hence everything is smart and clean .

I bought the mini chicken fillet bucket on promotion at £4:99 ( a bargain ) , chips , juice etc , packed in a KFC branded bag with a white security label stating order checked and secured , I’ve never seen that before on any takeaway I’ve ever had though it’s a welcome addition especially if you order online to be delivered by one of the popular company’s that offer the service these days .

A 5 minutes drive down to Aberdeen Beach esplanade, parked up and tucked in , food was more than adequately hot and tasty , obviously freshly cooked , napkins, salt , sauce all provided with a lemon scented wipe for cleaning your hands .

I have read the other reviews on this site earlier , I cannot relate to any of the negative comments as on this occasion I had a great experience so much so I will use this site more often , hopefully they can maintain the quality of food...

Pass this on way home so decided to try the gravy burger box meal that's being advertised as a Christmas special meal. It's meant to come with a crispy hash brown that's shaped as a bowl to hold the gravy. It should come with a "gravynaise" dip. What I received was a burger with a standard flat and very greasy hash brown. The gravynaise was swapped for garlic mayo. I don't like that so perhaps they should have let me choose. The greasy hash brown ruined the burger and bun. I asked for sugar free cherry Pepsi and was told the only diet soda was the diet Pepsi. I informed him the Pepsi max was in fact sugar free so I got that and it was nice. The chicken tender was nice but unfortunately the gravy didn't taste of much. I've had the gravy before and it was good. I doubt this is made from scratch on site so not sure by it's different this time. I'll go across the road to McDonald's next time. The dog...

I went for the Gravy Box Burger. I had one when they first came out a year or so ago. That one had the special hash brown (with the dent on one side for the gravy) upside down and welded to the burger with cheese so I couldn't put it the right way up. This time they forgot how to stack a burger, put the cheese on the side and continued from there. How hard is it to land a slice of cheese on the chicken instead of the side of it. One star off for that. Second star off for soft drink choice. No regular Pepsi. Not like they ran out. They don't stock it at all. I can't drink diet drinks. They don't agree with me. It means either I need to get a can of something drinkable before I order from your shop, or I go across the road to McDs. And don't act like your products are healthy because you only stock diet...
