McDonald's — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

Can I give 0? Probably not. Nothing wrong with the usual food but, after ordering with just eat tonight, the order got "delivered" when it actually wasn't. Tried to phone -and here comes the good part- the guy on the phone was absolutely helpless. Just told me to use "live chat" on just eat (which it doesn't exist by the way) and said there was nothing he could do about it. For £12 instead of apologizing and make it right, maybe even trying to place a new order for us, no, he just said he couldn't help and said to me to go on just eat. Well, tonight, we either going to eat very late, o we're not going to eat at all. Maybe just eat's fault? Maybe, but certainly the extremely poor attitude of the McDonald's employee, doesn't make it better in...

Love the wraps, my latest fav thing from Macdonald's. I was at the one at kittybrewster just yesterday and after using the drive thru my partner and I sat nd ate our food in the car. I was seeing all these ppl parking cars in the retail carpark and walking thru the drive thru so I asked my partner what thts all about....I was mind blown by what he told me! The staff are allowing ppl to WALK thru the drive thru, place an order nd pay, tell them where thy are parked and off thy go bk to their cars while the staff then come out and deliver the food to said car. RIDICULOUS!!! ITS A DRIVE THRU!!!!! The laziness nd silliness is just...

First and only time I've went in and ordered and I wish i didn't because its put me off going through the drive thru also. The disabled toilet in the bottom main bit is something I have no words for, take my word for it, that was not checked hourly. After that, waiting for my food was getting grimmer by the minute with this knowledge of the main toilet and by the time I observed the people serving the food and seen the food, thank god it all passed in a haze. I did god forbid have a few nibbles but that was it. Love McDonald's and always stand them pretty high for what your paying for. Not this time and...
