I was served and ate without realising pig meat when i specifically asked for a vegan sausage, bean and cheese bake and a coffee with soya milk. They said they didn't have soya milk, but they did. Confirmed that I wanted 2 of each? No I don't I said 'a' I said no numbers. Then charged me for 2 bakes and gave me 2. Pig meat not vegan. I raised it after they said 'well it doesn't matter'.
