UK Pizza Heanor — Restaurant in Amber Valley

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars to the gent who served us Thursday 5th Jan just before 9pm. We originally ordered jacket potato, a burger and BBQ ribs. A couple of minutes later we had a phone call to let us know unfortunately no ribs (I think there's a shortage as other places in Ilkeston also had no ribs) so we asked for chicken instead - all good ✅️

Got home after collection and was pleasantly surprised 🥰 Appeared we had bagged the final piece of rib anyway AND given extra chicken to compensate - enough to share!

Aside from being called "Jeofry Dharma" from the "polite" youth of Heanor outside the doors (😂), I honestly can't fault this business.

#happycustomer and will definitely will use again (just wished I lived a little closer).

Placed ordered for 2 basic pizzas they have them delivered, instead of calling us they put brown sauce as instead of bbq because they ran out out ! I called offered to cook something esle said no want refund it’s took nearly 3 weeks had to call loads of times nothing but attitude saying didn’t spend much ! 17.70 for two pizzas and the saltiest chips ever had in my life if didn't have to go through my bank would never got refund every time called got spoke to like dirt they are busy and nothing but attitude worst pizza and customer service ever stay clear ! Not even an apology ordered before that and...

This place is top-tier! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside—seasoned to perfection. The pizza? Incredible. Thin, crispy crust with generous toppings and rich, melty cheese. You can tell everything is made fresh, with real care and quality ingredients.
