Worst place I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered a tandoori hot pizza on the app for collection, went to the takeaway 10minutes later, waiting around, no one asked if I needed help or if I want to order or anything at all, after waiting for a while I went up to the desk to try to ask about the status of my order, the guy straight up ignored me which was very odd, then after wasting more time waiting, the app said my order was ready, went up to the desk again, asked a lady if my order is ready she went to the back immediately chatting to her colleagues, after a few minutes one of her colleagues hands me a pepperoni pizza! I said that’s not my order I ordered tandoori hot and she replies with “we don’t have tandoori chicken I thought we gave you a call”!!! What was more amusing is that I was waiting in there for like an hour and yet they couldn’t tell me when I was there and they gave me the wrong pizza? So rude and inconsiderate. Absolutely appalling service. Daughters birthday tea and still waiting 2 1/2 hours later. Constantly ringing them and they promise it’s coming for it not to turn up. Still waiting now and still nothing and aren’t answering calls. Certainly won’t order ever again from here. Kids should be in bed by now and still haven’t eaten. To add to that, got told it had already been delivered, guess what to wrong address. Need to make sure staff can actually read before employing them! THANKS AGAIN DOMINOES!!!! Ordered two pizzas and dough balls. Delivery was quick enough as usual but the pizzas were bad. On one pizza there were ordered extra toppings which were not on the pizza. That pizza was also burnt. Yes they burnt it and still delivered it. The other pizza was pepperoni and you only needed the fingers on one hand to count the pieces of pepperoni on it. The dough balls were two plus three small scrappy bits instead of six dough balls. Absolutely terrible what...
