I would give this place no stars if that was at all possible. This McDonalds is an absolute joke. We have placed multiple orders for delivery to our workplace over the past year through Just Eat and regularly, the orders "go missing" and no one is willing to take responsibility for the issue. We have complained multiple times and McDonalds don't care their customer has had a bad experience and constantly pushes you back to Just Eat who do nothing. Just Eat won't take responsibility, McDonalds won't take responsibility. And when we complain to McDonalds that the Just Eat Driver has stolen our order AGAIN, the manager responded with "well why do you keep ordering then?" not really an acceptable response to regular, PAYING customers. If you ordered from Amazon and your order wasn't delivered via DPD do you honestly believe Amazon would send a customer to DPD to resolve? No, they would replace the order or provide a refund. We have been refused a replacement order by the so called manager as why would she replace an order valued at almost £50.00? Maybe because we didn't receive it you absolute joker! A refund then? Read moreJust ordered through the drive through, got home and the wrap was a BBQ bacon not a Sweet Chilli Chicken as ordered. Called to explain the error, gave my order number and returned to the restaurant. Queued again and was given the wrap but not a replacement order as i expected. I explained that the rest of the food would now be cold, only to be told, if you’d brought it back we would have replaced! I was annoyed as no one explained this. I drove off and decided to call the restaurant again and vent my frustrations. I was met with excuses for the staff involved and was told l should have checked the screen thoroughly to see my order was correct! Fair enough, but i saw 2 wraps with drinks etc and drove to the next window where the order wasn’t displayed due to an error! Anyway. My chips were cold and went in the bin, along with the wrong wrap given. To add to my shocking experience and my luck of the evening, when i disposed of the chips and wrong wrap, my dog made off with the wrap i had ordered!!! Rubbish food, rubbish staff and no idea on how to change a bad experience into a good one! Oh how i would love a day in this establishment to teach...
Read moreUpdate: much better recently no silly half full fries although they do, sometimes, charge more than you agree to in the app but this is when you use 2 or more offers such as food for thighs code and then another offer such as the sandwich for £1.49. We did have an occasion where we were sent to the car park and eventually had to go in to get the food, which was cold. They put a scribble on the receipt, we couldn't relate it to our car so no wonder the person sent out with it never found out. Sometimes they just need to remember it's fine having fun but if it causes you to be so blase that your can't do your job it's not ok. Anyway, it's a lot better than it was.
Absolutely no standards. Fries half empty big tasty pate with a massive chuck missing and they never give a receipt. They know what they are doing, can't get bad feedback if you don't have the code..... Fries are still half empty and I don't want to be cruel but they can't count to 20, seem to run out of steam at 16-17.... I understand Mc Donald's train their staff but they really need to teach...
