Been twice over the last 2 weeks with my partner and was served by the same women twice. On our first visit this women serving me was a bit forgetful and forgot my millionaires slice I kindly popped back up to the counter as my partner had bought over our drinks and explained Iād not received it, I got a bit of a huff and it chucked in a bag not even on a plate even though we was staying in and thrust at me. I shrugged it off as just a one off occasion weāve been here countless times with no issues from other staff.
Same women on Monday this week served us. I politely asked for a Salted Carmel Frappe with no coffee as I canāt drink it. She snapped back I canāt do that. No reason given as to why, itās on there menu and I order this every time we go, she then said I can do strawberry and cream, chocolate or salted Carmel with coffee, beyond me how if you can do it with coffee you refuse to serve it without even though itās listed as both on the app and menu, I then was a bit taken a back by the rudeness, the queue was forming and I hadnāt contemplated what else I wanted, I looked at my boyfriend was put on the spot so I said well I guess Iāll have the strawberry with no coffee, this women the whole time was glaring at me and then huffed, proceeded to snap anything else and do you have a Costa card before holding the scanner out before me, she never asked me what size I wanted and then didnāt even tell me the card machine was ready for me to pay. Whole experience made me very uncomfortable and unhappy. If thats the way you speak to people wearing sunflower lanyards then Iām utterly disappointed because when she served my partner and other customers she seemed perfectly fine. Whether someone on the drive through or a previous customer had been rude doesnāt mean you take it out on the next one who was nothing but polite.    Read moreVisiting this establishment cost me £80 in parking fines, after spending 10 mins over the outside carparks signage allocated time frame I received a PCN, I asked the staff member to contact the parking Eye company to see if this could be wavered because I had a business meeting inside this establishment spending over £30 dining in, the member of staff, was very patronising rude and purposely tried forcing an argument with me, she pulled out tablet pc device hidden under a bag of crisps on the counter and stated i should of entered my details into the pad when dining in, stating it was my own fault and have to pay the fine, also told me i should of read the signs on entry, vey true but wasn't very warming advice as i stood with a £100 fine letter in my hand asking for help, I didn't want to get into confrontational argument with her so asked if her manager has the power to help me, she started talking at me again, trying to avoid my request, i told her I will be leaving a review about the way she's making feel, she pressed a button on her headphones and asked for someone to call the Police, She told me the police have been notified because i've threatened to use her name online, it wasn't until I reminded her that the cameras above on the walls will be recording her disgusting behaviour also our conversation that she started to see some sense, she then stopped talking at me, i requsested the establishments management's name and contact details again, the details given was false ! That's probably the most expensive coffee that I've tasted to date, Costa coffee, with Costa Parking charges !! Customer service...
   Read moreSo visited this morning between 9 -10am, 3 of us in total.We decided to go for Breakfast bap deal , bacon bap and a drink for £5.99. The problem i have was told the bacon baps already have butter on them (I don't like butter whats so ever) .Even my sisters said they wouldn't expect to have butter on a bacon cob . I watched how it was prepared, they take the prepacked cob out of the packaging, open it up then fiddle about with the bacon and place it in some sort of oven to be heated. Surely butter could be added at this point. So I take it ,the same would nation wide which ever Costa you visit.
