Greggs — Restaurant in Babergh

I spend a good amount of money here as I work local to the store. Most of the time the food is cold but I've learnt to live with that and warm it up at work. What I can't live with is the rude lady who makes the breakfast food. Several times I've gone in asked for a baguette and asked to have red sauce on it. This lady EVERY SINGLE TIME squirts a tiny amount in the middle of the baguette, absolutely pointless. I'll start requesting a refund if this continues. Greg's as a whole is pretty bad value for money but the level of service and the quality of food at this store is disgusting, how they haven't had head office turn up is a myth. Genuinely the worst greggs store experience, I get it's convenient but this shouldn't mean sub par standards and staff that are rude and genuinely don't care. Something needs to be done...

Highest prices in Ipswich and staff are rude and unfriendly. Also I asked for a large tea but only got a small tea and the rude woman wouldn't even give me the reusable cup discount. Avoid. Update: 10 months later and at least they give the discount now but don't expect service with a smile from the miserable jobsworths behind the counter and the "large" tea was barely bigger than a regular one but a top up was refused because of "health...

Control your staff please, think it was Nigel,hope I got the name right...as a regular customer I respect everyone and appreciate their hard work etc. However my man just rolled his eyes down whe I've asked for a simple sandwich ,tried to order some other stuff and he rushed to take the payment...he then ask me if I want anything else,and I said yes..he gave me attitude..like I'm the problem of his frustrations or whatever...he needs...
