McDonald's — Restaurant in Babergh

I have mixed feelings about this place as wether I'm going through the drive-thru or placing my order in store I seem to often have bad experiences. I went through the drive-thru one time and only ordered a couple of drinks and 2 burgers, 1x chicken burger and 1x double cheeseburger, at the last window we were served our drinks and the mcchicken burger and asked to park up in one of the waiting bay's as my double cheeseburger would be a couple of minutes which I thought was a bit strange as it wasn't busy. I waited 35 minutes for this single item that when it did arrive came with no apology so I preceded to ask the staff member if they could kindly ask the manager to come and see me so I could complain. The manager subsequently appeared and I told him that I was appalled at the service I received and more disappointing than the wait was the fact no apology was offered to which he kindly apologised for the service I received and explained to me that my burger had kept being served to a new customer as soon as it was ready. He also ordered me a free muffin to which I asked for 1 of them for my passenger and a free coffee for myself to which he agreed . I have been in-store many times and found that even waiting to be served at the checkout is awful if the drive-thru has people going through it as, even with my bad drive-thru experiences, you seem to be put to one side whilst drive-thru customers get priority even to the point where you have to wait for your required product to be surplus to drive-thru customers requirements. As for frequenting this store between approx 4pm to 7.30pm unless you have a spare hour- hour and a half I wouldn't bother with 4pm- close on a Friday and Saturday is out of...

Another McDonalds Drive Though. And the order was Wrong.

What is the point of ordering a Grill Chicken Wrap with Mayo to be given a Crispy Chicken Wrap with BBQ Sauce which despite saying on the label printed outside is a a BBQ Chicken Wrap Grilles with No BBQ Sauce is still wrong.

Diet coke looks nothing like a Chocolate Milkshake

And half the staff in the drive though window seems more interesting in providing running commentary on some woman outside struggling to negotiate the car park in a Mobility Scooter.

The other wrap was fine, and the Fries were fresh cooked well and tasty.

Not the worse McDonalds drive though Experian e I've had but also not the best either.

Order was correct this time. Food was hot and staff seemed.more on the ball.

All good was present and correct Chocolate Milkshakes were correct!

Click and collect wasn't available. So had to go inside.

Pickup area was extremely busy. Drive through was also very busy.

I went to this Mac Donald’s today 15 th March 22 at 12:30 ish , the staff were all friendly the tables were all cleaned , our order was prompt …the Big Macs were put together well , nothing falling out all over the place , The fries were cooked well and filled to the brim of the cartons perhaps the coffees could have been a bit warmer but that was the only thing I pick up on ! staff were refilling and cleaning as people left after eating . Two members of staff asked if everything was okay , I asked for a take away bag for remaining food to go and nothing was a problem or too much trouble… all in all I had to write a review because I was so impressed I felt they deserved being mentioned.
