Don’t bother. Online ordering was easy, did with Just Eat. Arrived within the estimated time, contact free delivery- again, good. Downhill from there. Marshmallow cookie dough arrived swimming (and I mean properly swimming, an inch deep) in bright blue goo? I don’t know how else to describe it. We originally thought it was bubblegum sauce. After messaging the shop we found out this was melted marshmallow- the marshmallows are blue. This is something that happens with every marshmallow cookie dough order apparently as the marshmallows melt on the hot cookie dough (which was lukewarm when we received it. It was pure liquid and had soaked through the cookie dough making it inedible, tasted nothing like marshmallow- just sugar. The picture on Just Eat alongside the marshmallow cookie dough shows a completely different item, one with actual pink and white marshmallows on. Shop said this photo was of a brownie- so why have you put it next to the marshmallow cookie dough? The other two cookie doughs ordered were after eight and kinder hippo. Toppings on those were ok but the cookie doughs were tasteless and rubbery. Shop said rarely any issues with cookie dough, hard to believe when you look at reviews. I absolutely love this place, I don't know if I'm right but if you order a strawberry milkshake it tastes like real strawberries have been used. The cheesecakes are perfection, proper consistency with the actual cheese cake itself not like most takeaway rubbish you get like a slop of sugar. The biscuit is actually crumbly not like cardboard. I really love their American sodas they are different. Big fan of cream soda so perfect for me. Honestly not a bad thing to say about them. Only one issue is delivery takes ages but if it's because of distance it's worth the, wait in my opinion depending how patient you are. I read down below the disabled access problem but that's nothing to do with their service... Strange...

If I could give negative stars, I would. We ordered through Just Eat and despite understanding we ordered late on a bank holiday weekend Sunday night, I didn’t anticipate it taking over 2hrs to arrive. When it arrived, it seemed fine... until we found hairs in the waffle. Long dark wavy hair, wrapped around the waffle in their scatter box. When tried to call, it was constantly busy for over an hour. We also ordered 2 scoops of gelato, which not only tasted greasy but after the first mouthful, my husband was picked chunks of fat from his teeth 🤢 what a waste of time and money.
