Pizza House — Restaurant in Barnsley

Ordered from here quite a few times over the years usually pretty good however most recent orders seems to be going downhill. Today we ordered donner and chicken kebab , only got chicken meat which wasn’t great. Chips with grated cheese , we didn’t think it would literally be cold chips with cold grated cheese on the top, are we supposed to cook these ourselves ? Not slightly melted. Warning - Garlic Mayo is exactly same as there normal Mayo not one slight essence of garlic in. It’s a real shame as we’re pretty local and it’s convenient however everytime we order we’re being put off...

Really poor! We got off the train and popped in. Ordered three pieces of chicken and a kebab meal. The chicken was inedible; totally dry and cooked for far too long. The kebab was appalling! Dry meat, a hard pizzas base and over-cooked in every way possible. So disappointed! We were actually in the takeaway and not waiting for delivery so there is absolutely no excuse for this. So good! The pizzas are delicious, and they are clearly homemade bases! The donner kebab is the best kebab I've ever had. It isn't greasy like nearly all kebabs are, and it comes with a lovely fresh salad, and a gorgous pitta/wrap/nan kinda thing. Genuinely so good. The chicken kebab is to die for too! I just love it.
