Coffee Station — Restaurant in Basildon

I have to write this review, I was in the store the other day and I witnessed two girls that work behind the counter, jumping out on a customer and telling them they cannot serve her due to a complaint.

I’ve never witnessed anything like that, in terms of service ever, what sort of place are you running?
