Absolutely shocking service this evening! I drove in via the drive thru to find they was not excepting card for various reasons (no sign displayed until a massive queue formed of annoyed and angry customers) and therefore as already stuck in the queue I had to wait a further 10 minutes for 3 cars to be served their meals. Finally left and went to an atm machine for cash, came back to go inside to queue and had to wait an extra 10 minutes to even be served. The staff was very behind trying to deal with all the pre-delivery orders thru ‘justeat’ which obviously became the priority as there was 6 delivery drivers awaiting their collections. Finally got served to wait a further 15 minutes for my order to be ready! There simply was not enough staff working on the shift as they were running around and shouting out orders, while leaving the customers just waiting to even be seen to place orders. Food was visibly spilt all on the floor behind the counter and had not been cleaned causing even more chaos. A very disappointing trip and unfortunately not the first time this...

It didn't end there I get it all home to find a 8in blonde /grey hair in the bucket of chicken. I left the hair in the bucket and was not even offered an apology when I had to travel to take it back absolutely piss poor service. The Manager couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery absolutely useless member of staff and while I talk about staff Some of the staff need to clean up their act, cover their open sores on their arms and wash their uniforms ... take this as a Formal complaint going to Head office. I got the details from KFC at Mayflower ...Mayflower KFC at least have respect for their customers and pride in...
Read moreThis place really needs some supervision at all times. The 'kids' (and that's what they are) behind the counter have no idea of customer service. The one girl who couldn't work the till at least had an idea to apologise, but the one who kept our food on the warm-up counter for 15 mins waiting for gravy, really didn't have a clue. None of them can cope and gawd knows what will happen when they have a rush on. Come on KFC - give these kids some customer service training, and, whilst it's all still new, make sure there's someone responsible to keep it all going. Oh - and running out of pepsi / ice cream etc etc on a Sunday evening - is that really the way to go??? Agree with previous posts - fast food joint this ain't, and what's more, the standard of the food when you finally get it, isn't that great either. Vote with your feet people...
