Doorsteps Cafe — Restaurant in Basildon

Different price every time but get same sandwich, always something not right as they didn't listen to what I want. Sandwich very dry lacking on filling had 2bits of onion and 1 lettuce leaf and 3 tiny bits of chicken. Will not use again as I can make a better sandwich and probably for less money. Had breakfast last week cost £30 me and my children had eaten our full breakfast and my other daughter still hadn't got her tuna cheese melt sandwich. Seems like a lot of stuff standing about doing nothing having a chat no one communicating ...

Love this cafe. I would recommend as best place in Laindon to get a fry up. For little over £6 you get the full monty, their biggest breakfast on the menu. Service is good. A spacious, bright and clean cafe with a great choice of menu items, the portions are very generous for money and not dripping in fat.
