Burger King — Restaurant in Basildon

Popped in for the first time Sunday evening to grab some food to go. Was going to head to Pipps Hill before I remembered this one had even opened so figured i'd give it a go.

When I entered there were 3 tables occupied, so very very quiet. Ordered from the screens and the order took 15 minutes to be ready, which seemed a long time considering how quiet it was. There were obviously take away's going on with delivery drivers coming in and out but even so.

During this time no member of staff came out from behind the counter to clean any of the 3 tables that had rubbish on them, or sweep the floor. There was also a large group of youths in and they had turned the side of the restaurant into a bike park, which also covered up all the bins.

I don't have any issue with them bringing their bikes in when its quiet. Its Basildon, chances are they would get stolen otherwise. But would it have hurt a manager to have a word and get them to put them somewhere a little more discreet? Or tidy them up a bit?

Won't bother to return. Plenty...

I am thoroughly impressed with the service at Burger King in Basildon Eastgate, whereas my experience at McDonald’s in the same location has been disappointing. The staff at McDonald’s were unhelpful and did not provide a pleasant customer experience.

In contrast, the team at Burger King Basildon Eastgate is exceptional. They are incredibly helpful, going above and beyond by even bringing food to customers’ tables. Their professionalism and friendly attitude make for a welcoming atmosphere. The food is excellent, and the staff consistently strive to accommodate any special requests with great care.

However, the Burger King app leaves much to be desired, as it is unreliable and does not enhance the customer experience. Despite this, I highly recommend Burger King Basildon Eastgate for its outstanding service and quality food—far superior to McDonald’s in...

I entered the restaurant during closing clean up around 9pm, the staff was friendly and happy to share some banter and jokes. The food was hot and everything was clean and tidy.
