Curry Queen — Restaurant in Basingstoke and Deane

Extremely rude!! Very bad customer service. We initially ordered curry and a drink but we realised later on the drink was missing so we contacted the restaurant to inform them.I was expecting an apology but instead they were very rude and didn't admit it was their mistake. The driver came back with a small bottle of Pepsi and charged us £3.25😲. I was absolutely fuming as we had spent over £70. I called the restaurant to find out why we were asked to pay for the drink as we had already paid for it when we initially placed the order and had the receipt to confirm it but the person on the phone wasn't interested and asked us to pay fir the drink or to return it. We returned the bottle and decided to never order...

First Indian curry in Basingstoke. Disappointed, I had lamb madras and it was rubbish, firstly it had tikka lamb with bits of the sewer still in the lamb , big chew on the murdered lamb , sauce was like water , arrived cold with rice that was iffy as far as rice goes. Nann bread was Tesco at best . Really this was pretty dump 😲.yip DUMP. only thing close to being Indian was the 6th generation Indian guy that delivered it. I could have done better putting the 20 quid on a one legged horse to win the national. Anyway try...

If you like cold curry this is the place for you.... order was half an hour late, the main dishes turned up in plastic containers so were cold. Ordered rice, this didn't turn up, when i phoned about the issues they offered to send a plain rice out, to compensate, and I was told it would be half an hour Iwas also told thry couldn't refund as it wad ordered through just eat, offered the cold meals free next time, such a bad meal would rather go without! Clearly dont want to keep their customers...
