As promised, I withdraw my below complaint. After seeing the usual faces behind the counter, we tonight went back for chicken. The owner could not have been more apologetic for our previous experience and as such, made us the best and biggest kebabs we have ever had.

What an absolutely shame! Used to be a great local kebab that did amazing lemon and herb chicken kebabs. Hoped it was a one off until tonight where we ordered a cheeseburger (husband) and lemon and herb chicken kebab (me)

I took the chicken back. Cold and pink, no pitta bread and wrong salad. I had a burger instead as I didn’t want to risk the chicken again. Equally as disappointed with the burger, flavourless and bland. Chips were ok.

Ok chicken, soggy chips, decent pizza, but customer service ruins it all. Standard delivery is 55 minutes, haven't had it on time yet. Called and was basically treated like an irritation at 1 hour mark, told it would be 5 mins. 15 mins later call again and am told the same thing, I explained this is what I was told before and asked when the driver left...10 mins ago. Great so I was lied to before. I asked if they were going to call the driver to check and was told no, they were very busy and it should be there soon. Not the first time for awful customer service but always appreciate it can be an odd day. Now the last 3 orders have been like this, they're on my 'never again' list. Ordered some many times from the company never had a problem. Told me they would deliver by a certain time never did the whole night but still took my money. I even tried to call on numerous occasions to yet no answer disgusting straight to voicemail . Thank for the reply to your loyal customers to say you was not able with my delivery. I will never order from you again and make this very clear what you have done to other customers. A refund would be lovely for food you charged me for I never received. I don't want nothing else from you but will make very clear to other customers the service I received. You as a company...
