Greggs — Restaurant in Bassetlaw

It's unbelievable and an amazing attitude by the 2 lovely gentleman who served me. Literally 15mins to closing time, the choice of stuff available was not great (as they were about to close, so makes sense not to have too much to waste). I asked if there was anything else available and the chaps said tell us what you want and we will make it for you right now! I was amazed, I had been fasting all day and this was the closest place for me at the time and yeah got a lovely fresh margarita pizza! Honestly it was definitely going the extra mile and they were both very professional, friendly and polite. A special thank you to them both! Give them a pay rise Mr/ Mrs...

I thought I would give Greggs a try, at the motorway services, I asked for a chicken bake, and I asked if it contained cheese or even a cheese sauce inside it, (as I don't like cheese) they told me that they cannot tell me what is in the chicken bake... really! I think some one is either being unhelpful and or just a jobs worth, especially when I told them that I just dont like cheese, and I dont have any allergies... but if its because of dairy, they put milk in my coffee. But the opening times on here are totally wrong... it said closing at 7pm every day (so we went here specially), but we got there just after 6 and they were already closed. Apparently (according to the staff) they don't actually have opening times, they change every week. And despite having a huge pile of vegan sausage rolls still out, we weren't allowed to buy any (and we would happily have taken the lot). What a...
