Was not very satisfied with my experience at this KFC at all!! I prefer to leave positive reviews. We came off A1 for lunch and after waiting 25 mins for food went to ask what the delay was. We weren't only people looking dissatisfied the orders (despite have numbers) seemed to go out randomly in no order. The manager said we were waiting on a zinger burger. There were boxes and trays lined up by the drinks machine and we asked if one was ours, to which he agreed it was. There was all the other hot food on that tray going cold, had been there approx 10 mins. I asked for a fresh order ASAP or my money back. In the manager's defence he threw the tray of food away and called out for our order to made ASAP. We had it in 3 mins. Although it wasn't correct, we had the wrong burgers and the ice in the drinks had completely melted (after nearly 30mins sat by hot plate). We had no condiments on the tray. We ate it and didn't complain again we were so hungry and just wanted to go. The restaurant was very very busy and it just felt like the staff couldn't cope. It had a drive thru, regular till and self order screens. Things that should make things more efficient felt like it made things more manic here. There was a woman walking around the kitchen with a clipboard and pen, no idea what she was doing i felt like shouting for her to pull her sleeves up and help lol!! The design of the restaurant was poor, everyone standing everywhere, the self order screens felt in wrong place, good job covid restrictions no longer in place... it was so bad we felt more comfortable sat outside in the wind to eat. We won't be stopping off here again. If it wasn't for the managers' attempts to resolve it would have been a 1 star. He did try and I'll...

It's not actually part of Blythe Services, which is the second roundabout exit. Access to KFC is via the first exit, then first left, then first left. About 200m in total. Also located on the site is a drive through Starbucks, which I did not visit (more later).
From the outside it looks clean (it's very new) and it's the first place you see when you leave the A1, so good corporate planning. Apart from limited direction signage (just keep turning left) it's easy to get to. What was odd was the single order microphone which was only 1 car length from the pay window. Couldn't the pay window also do orders? Anyhow the staff were polite and efficient with no waiting for the order. Food was up at the upper end of KFC quality.
Now for Starbucks which is the first drive-through entrance you pass. Personally I think KFC does not serve good coffee, IMHO it's one up from instant. So my advice is drive through Starbucks and get your coffee. The exit from there naturally allows you to drive through KFC for your food. Which is cheaper than Starbucks sandwiches etc. Order Pepsi or something from KFC as your meal drink.
This gives you; a great coffee, substantial meal and a...

This is not our first time or problem whilst visiting this KFC restaurant. Tonight was just a catastrophe... A chicken restaurant that has no Chicken??!! On arrival we just wanted a couple or individual meals but at the drive through when ordering we were told that they had NO Chicken at all.. On a Friday night??? The beginning of the weekend!!? It begs belief what you're running here.. we went over to McDonald's and were offered a full menu. Imagine if they said they had no burgers..what would their business be?? You're meant to be a Fried chicken franchise , it's literally in YOUR business name.. but to have NO chicken on a weekend evening which would be the height of demand, is awful.. On previous encounters we've been greeted with other excuses like; Sorry, we've not salad Sorry, we've no gravy (and this is on your gravy topper promotion) which is laughable. This has got to be one of the worse run KFC establishments in the UK. And to finally have this put no faith or belief in using this is future. We've never had this experience is any of the other Doncaster or Worksop restaurants, it does seem very isolated to...
