Aunt Nellie's Cafe — Restaurant in Belfast

Went into aunt nellies for breakfast with a group of friends of about 8 people from a theatre production we are currently working on. I had the poached eggs on sourdough bread with avocado and chillflakes and an americano. All was absolutely gorgeous from the cool teapots to the lovely staff in fact shauna (who runs the place) gave us all a little story about Aunt Nellie and showed cool pictures and her Mum was also working there which was lovely. Aunt Nellie's does more than serve excellent food, the solicitousness and kindness of the staff members is more than hospitality training. The serving is professional and personal. The furnishings and crockery are aesthetically pleasing and natural. The spaciousness and lightness of the coffee shop are conducive to a beautiful space to dine in, l was seated and able to view the Black Mountain through the ceiling to floor windows. My sole negativity was the heaviness of the entrance door to manage which the staff anticipated and assisted the customers to open. I thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyed the food and the dining experience.

Lovely wee cafe. Me and my partner went in for a coffee, and ended up getting a fry and a sandwich. I'm gluten-free and they were able to make the sandwich with gluten free bread and they have their own area for it all so there's no contamination.
