The Burger Club — Restaurant in Belfast

I never leave reviews on anywhere but anyway First time trying this place today the chicken was great and chips were great to will definitely want to go back. However there was some little man that works there with bad tattoos who literally was SCREAMING singing in the kitchen and out in the middle of the restaurant.. everyone that was in there was just looking at eachother confused as to why he was being so ignorant.. he comes across as very insecure that he feels the need to attention seek when people are trying to have a nice conversation and a meal .. food was great and great prices was shocked how cheap it was for the quantity and quality but yeah will probably take away next time because listening to the little insecure lad was unbearable and annoying. Needs to seriously learn how to behave in public .. even when he was bringing out take away orders every time he set the bags down at the till he would scream BOOM! ? Like he seriously needs to grow up he reminded us of a little brother at a party that’s desperate...

So I placed a £76 order for collection. When I arrived I as the girl was my order complete as I had to travel back to Andersontown which she replied yes all is correct. Low & behold my order is wrong . I gets in the phone to complain, the girl put me onto someone who says they are redoing my order so I get back to the shop & the girl who served me disappeared out the back & a fell come put & before I can say anything he says " the girl has just started what do you want me to do" (that is not my problem) I was embarrassed not even an apology. I just turned around & walked out not saying a word If this is the way you do business I don't want to know. Ps I did send an email but you still haven't responded.

I will never buy anything from your shop again l. We all make mistakes & I believe it's in the way you deal with it. Good luck in the future...

Took my order wrong then proceeded to leave me on hold for 10 minutes then argued with me for a further 10 minutes only to hang up the phone mid conversation. Rang them back on 3 different phone numbers to then be put on hold again. Spent 10 pound for it to be wasted and threw in the bin, the manager Gareth was cheeky and rude in every way with me, I even offered to pay delivery fee in exchange for the right order and send the wrong one back but still he refused to listen or help me. Couldn't advise against ordering from this place enough, another point to make was I offered to drive up with the old order and was still told I would have to pay again. These people clearly don't listen and have no customer service skills at all, honestly have never been spoken to like this before. I hope the owner see's this because I would love to...
