It's simple really. We ordered from them for about 6 months. Foods ok. The time to wait is long but bearable. So why would I never, ever place another order with them again? They guy who delivered our food, nice guy, we tipped quite regularly. I was busy on the phone one night so my wife answered the door. When it came to paying she handed over £25 (bill was £22). She had to ask for the change (which she would have handed back as a tip)....He replies "What no tip?...you never tip why you never tip?" My wife had to fkin argue to get our money. When we complained; mangement were quite passive about the whole thing..."yeah we'll talk to him..." Never ever order from this company. Ever. Professional courtesy should be present without question, without compromise. Please look for another curry house. Hell, leave me a message and I'll make you dinner rather than out money on these guys pockets.
