Pizza Box — Restaurant in Birmingham

I used to be a big fan of pizza box. But after my most recent experience, I'm not sure if I'll come back. I had gone to this establishment with my friends a few days ago. It was around 9.30 something pm. We were thinking about what to order when about 15 minutes later, the owner started switching off the lights. My friends and I were confused, but we knew the placed closed at 10 so we weren't too worried. As one of my friends were about to order, the owner said they were closed. We were confused as it was around 9:45 and the placed closed at 10. He also said the cash machine automatically shuts off when the place closes. Again, it's not even 10 yet so while would it shut down? My friends and I were very disappointed. He could've at least told us to quickly order as they were closing soon. But no. Instead he just started switching off the lights and it took us asking to order for him to say 'the cash machine shuts off when we close' 🤦🏾‍♀️. Highly...

If I could give this -5 stars I would. My partner and I ordered from here tonight using justeat. Get the notification “it’s on its way” so we wait, I go and sit by the window so I can see when they pull up. 30mins go by nothing. Gets closer to closing time and still nothing so we try to call the place, nothing. We both call a lot before closing time because the food hasn’t come. CLOSED. So we let justeat know we haven’t received our order. Apparently the driver couldn’t find us. No cars came near our place when they supposedly couldn’t find us. So if they missed us by a few houses they just couldn’t be bothered to walk that little extra bit to deliver our food. Hopefully we can get our money back for...

Lovely food full of flavour. Staff also very friendly,polite and very Helpful. I have eaten here many times always top quality service very friendly always service with a smile. Shop is always clean and spotless and the owner makes sure standards are up held. Been using pizza box few years now complaints ever. Also delivery is always fast on time and food always very hot. Delivery drivers have amazing and immaculate attitude towards customers. They are always smiling and greet u with respect even if it is snowing or raining. Keep it up lads...
