Bad customer service by lady over the phone. My order was £31.97 they had NO tissues available as usual , she wanted to charge for sauce. When asked why is that she was very abrupt about it. Placed a Just Eat collection order with Pizza Hot in Kingstanding on a busy Friday evening and was really impressed! The food clearly felt cared for, good quality, well-prepared, and great value for money. They had it ready exactly on time whilst handling a full queue of orders. Customer service was efficient and friendly. Highly recommend their Turkish Naan Chicken Donner, so very well worth it!! Will be ordering again...

I wouldn’t even give a star but unfortunately you have to give one to leave a review. I ordered two chicken burgers from here after I took a few bites from my burger it felt chewy so I checked it and it was raw. I then checked the second burger which was also raw the shop have told me that there is no problem with my food and it’s cooked! Terrible customer service I will never order...
