Firstly I would not even give this place a 1 star rating.
This place needs closing down before this management took over! These people don't know how to run a business. The Moma mia business manager for the franchise needs to look deeply at this store.
As this business has been taken over they will need a new food hygiene certificate? Not the one left by the old management / company.
Not good service/staff and Unhygienic. will not be coming here again.
Making me travel to the place to pay for food before they even started to prepare the food, this was meant to be a delivery.
They said card payment only? As the machine was not working they sent a link. My mate has been scammed by these people before as he paid by their link. This is why we had cash......

Best pizza in Birmingham!! They open til late on weekends now too!
To elaborate on this place, everything I have bought here is delicious.
Pizza is always full of fresh and tasty ingredients, they make fresh dough everyday here.
Their beef burgers are so good straight off the grill, best burgers and pizzas.
Even the kebabs are something else, they don't sell cheap donner meat but their lamb kebab is proper fillet that you would expect in a high end restaurant, it comes as two skewers in a pitta bread or one skewer in a wrap. A little secret, ask them to put pomegranate sauce on your lamb kebab it's not on their menu but it is unbelievably tasty. The chicken kebabs are delicious too!
Oh and the Mama Mia garlic bread is the best in the world. I honestly believe this place is the best pizza place in Birmingham and all grills are top...

After ordering again following 1 year of moving from the area, the pizza has gone seriously downhill. My suspicion was raised when the pizza arrived quicker than usual. There used to be a decent wait but my pizza arrived in under 30 minutes.
It was undercooked, made with inferior ingredients and tasted like a frozen pizza. A premium pizza from your local supermarket blows this out the water.
