Ordered on Uber eats. The staff was wasteman people that rang me and said that the drivers outside when the wasteman was 15 mins away. I waited half an hour in the freezing cold for the order just for the fool driver to drive past me without even stopping outside the 500% correct and detailed address provided. I clearly explained in the instructions section to call me when he’s outside the address. Maybe the driver was a broke waste man that he didn’t even have enough minutes to gimme a ring when he’s outside. He literally didn’t even stop for two seconds and just drove past me. Absolute wasteman. Absolutely unprofessional. I have my own takeaway as well and after the experience that I had with this delivery I’m literally fuming for it being so ultra unprofessional. It is basic common sense to follow the instructions on the order and at least wait outside the designated location where the satnav brings you and try to call the customer at least once. But this experience was an absolute joke. And then the Wasteman arrives back at the shop and I get a call from Uber eats that the address that I provided wasn’t accurate ?? Absolute wasteman staff who ring you up to tell you the drivers outside when it’s 15 mins away. Waste people. Nasty experience. Wouldn’t recommend delivery from these waste people. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Shame. Should call me and get some education on how to run a takeaway and how to manage deliveries. Waste people running this takeaway. 👎🏼...

I was part of a party of 20 yesterday. This place cannot cope with the pressure! You’ve put in one of the replies how cooking for 20 is impossible in the kitchen industry, so why accept a booking of 20 knowing full well you couldn’t cope as you’ve said! Also you’ve turned around we all come at different times and late, but another part of your reply is saying that we was all together. Now who’s lying? Youve also mention that none of us was ready until 7:30 to order, but no one took our order till then. We shouldn’t be expected to come to the bar which we should have to do as you offer table service! Your staff were really rude and you clearly need to take lessons in...
