Ordered food at 17:47 food was delivered at 19:00 items were missing 1 katalama £2:49 arrived 1 garlic bread with cheese £5.49 arrived 1 snack packs 2.99 arrived +no sauce arrived beans £0.80 missing +BBq £0.30 missing 1 anytime offer £8.49 Caribbean pizza: 10" regular BBQ base £0.50 arrived Stuffed Crust with Cheese £1:00 arrived Tango apple arrived Total 22.06 £1.10 robbed from me as the restaurant wouldn't send me the items out after calling 5 times I got the same reply I released on the 6th call they were messing me about and I said I'm recording them saying that they would send them out I was not recording I just said it to see what they would do and they immediately put the phone down. I don't want anybody to go through this again like I did so if you read this you may have dodged a bullet I could of got a refund from other places this restaurant asked me to call back for the next order to buy more from them with a freebie with out proper process they would not give a freebie because by the time I want food from perfect pizza they would pass it off as I don't know what you're...

We ordered two pizzas from perfect pizza and although they arrived as per the delivery time given, both pizzas were lacking toppings.

The pizza perfect special had a few pieces of chicken scattered here and there.. when I say a few I mean like 2/3 tiny pieces and the rest were just full of vegetables.. there was no sign of any mincemeat at all.

The second pizza was supposed to be chicken and seekh kebab but there was only 2 small pieces of seekh kebab on 2 separate slices and a few tiny slices of chicken and just topped up with veg and lots of jalapeños.

This was the first time we ordered and I'm shocked at the service.. we paid for chicken, mincemeat and seekh kebabs but instead just got sent 2 veggie pizzas Nive I'm very sorry that you've had this experience. Are you able to provide me with photographic proof of the pizza we will speak to the store and get this sorted for you.

I ordered a chicken burger meal with drink kids chicken nugget meal pepperoni pizza and got another one free they got the first order wrong forgot the chicken burger meal and the correct pizzas.. They gave us 2 spicy chicken and sweetcorn pizzas I phoned them back up they said they will give me the correct pizzas and burger meal waited over 2 hours for pizzas to arrive and only brought one out so was still short of a pizza phoned them back up he said he has the recording on what we ordered I tried to explain to him what we had ordered all the man kept doing was shouting Down the phone saying they are closing soon so will give me discount next time I go the shop and order the chicken nuggets was cold and hard and the chips was cold and thick with grease they gave us the burger but without chips and drink so I have 2 children now who have had to wait for there dinners and didn't get food they wanted.
