My friend and I popped in here last night for some food. The place looked like a bomb had hit it. I saw 3 staff on and it had the feel of having been a very busy day and short staffed. Tables hadnt been cleared or cleaned. Ours was sticky. My mate had a rump steak and pint of coors. The steak was tough and was more likly stewing steak. Asked for rare and was more medium. We were told 40 mins and it to 50 for his to come. I ordered the southern fried chicken sizzler with sweet potato fries and colesaw. Mine arrived about 15 minutes later and clearly had been sitting waiting. No sizzle. The peppers were glued to the dish and chicken had burnt bits and was going dry. Most of the chicken was ok and the sweet pots were good. Colesaw was ok. My coke had gone flat. All for 34 quid. I put it down to a tough day for the team but wont be returning im afraid.

Would think twice before going here again, nearly an hour before we could order the food. Total shambles in table service, 3 separate orders to our tables. But ours came out last with kids food. You would think they would bring kids food first. Never cleared table , even when they bought desserts put it right next to the dirty plates. Eventually had to go up to the bar to ask them to move the plates ect, staff just wondering around not even busy. Ordered desserts and nothing like what was on the menu. When asked the server about the items that should be in the desserts, was told yh we ent got any Reply was well not good enough should of been told when ordering.

Went for breakfast with my two children. Disappointing is all I can say. All breakfasts came out with what I can only describe as the most overdone cremated sausages I’ve ever seen from an establishment. The toast was also really quite burnt. The toast was replaced at request with then barely toasted bread. I was advised that they cannot replace the sausages as ‘they’re all like that’. Needless to say, we didn’t finish our breakfast and I wouldn’t return again for food as I don’t rate they’re main meals either.
