Subway — Restaurant in Birmingham

Got here for 6.10am stood at the counter and got told by the staff member, I would have to wait 10mins as he was moping the floor. I then asked him to serve me as I was going to be late for work, he then said he was on his break and has to complete the task as it is a part of his roles and had to complete it as it was going to close in 10mins. This bloke was mopping the floor next to 2 customers who were eating with no wet floor signs I then asked him his name and he said I will just serve you.

Never had service like this before usually the staff are polite and quick, someone need to have a word...

Reason for one star is the workers there would rate 5 stars for nayeem absolute legend com in all the time never had an issue bu the two girls working tonight really rude wouldn't make the sub I had asked for/ the sub I always get from there! Then decided to be even more blunt and say they didn't have enough meatballs so when I asked for a different topping other than meatballs they tried to decline service for me waist of time tbh if nayeem is working 10/10 but if its those two girls working no point going worst experience I've had so far...

I visited this subway clock garage branch on the 26th of March 2024 around 10pm. And the man who was working there was rude and arrogant. He was refusing to make my subway sandwich the way I wanted it, was extremely stingey with the toppings too and to top it all of he refused to give me a free birthday subway cookie as stated in the email - ‘show this email to the staff’ which we did and he said no.

Fast forward a week, I visited today whilst naim and hina were on shift. They did an excellent job. Speedy & friendly service. They get 5...
