Pizza Shack — Restaurant in Birmingham

If I could give this place zero stars I would believe me I had an experience here. One which I will never forget. Ordered pizza from this place and we all ate but one of my family member was at work and ate after a few hours. Only to find hair inside the pizza!!!! It was disgusting, Ingrave inbetween the toppings and the base. I rang up and told them what we experienced and the customer service was shocking never heard anything like it. I wanted a refund because my family member was put off from eating and all I got as a response was we will send you another one when I clearly mentioned he is put off and doesn't want to have the pizza and all they said is we don't do refunds. Bad customer service never will i or the people I know will go here again. I spoke to the owner and he was questioning me like I rang 3 hours after I ordered but what has that got to do with me finding a long piece of hair in one of your pizza slices. Avoid if you don't want hair in your pizza as i never once got a apology from him aswell. I was that disappointed I even went down to the shop and still got the same response no apology what so ever and the worse thing about it is he said this isn't the first time it has happened like did you just say that these guys are running a business and don't care about any of there customers who spend there hard earned money. This is a massive health and safety issue we are dealing with here. I am very disappointed with this place and wanted to get my opinion across to others so they also can see the level of service you can expect from here. Appalling considering the owner himself is at the forefront of the shop and sets examples like this, can't imagine what happens behinds the scenes. The staff have always been friendly and efficient — they know their regulars and treat everyone with respect and warmth. Travelling back from London to Manchester stopped off for food easy off the motorway for us got 2 amazing pizzas loads of chips and a free cheese garlic bread with cold bottle of fizzy for £22 (can you beleive it) everything was perfectly fresh out of the oven onto our table served by well mannered respectable staff were not used to this kind of hospitality in our area and it goes a long long way, been here before and enjoyed it both times mosque around the corner aswel to pray and food served warm fresh friendly and at a great price 3 workings guys filled up to the brim, what more could Travelling Muslims ask for, Alhamdulillah.
