Smashed Burg 42 (Rednal) — Restaurant in Birmingham

Ordered for the first time tonight....will never order from here again!!! 1. Cheese and tomatoe pizza was like a 2 year old cut it 2. My £2 peri fries could fit in the palm of my hand 3. My halloumi was cold in my wrap so I called them they offered to give me £2 refund but that wasn’t good enough as my order came to £15 4. I asked for them to bring me more chips but after I bit into my cold wrap I decided I didn’t want no more so I called them told them the issue so they said they would bring me another fresh order so I agreed!......so my second order turned up with a young girl with an attitude I would be embarrassed about if that was my daughter well.....point is...

The burger wasn't good at all, way too chard on the outside and the quality of the meet was low, lots of lumps of gristle in in. There is a good chance it was a frozen burger. Burger patties are so easy to make, why would you buy them in? The service was great however and the food was presented very nicely. Just a massive shame about the pattie. I highly doubt anything will change off my recommendation but two homemade 4oz patties would be way better than one 8oz brought in burger pattie. They cook quicker and more evenly.

Been there multiple times and never have a seen the workers use gloves while making the food and for some odd reason he goes in the back with the food and comes out like 2minute later even though I seen him making the same food without going in the back when there are busy so unless his spitting on my food I don’t really understand so for my health am gonna stay away from that place until new people are working there been seeing the same guy since opening and I always asked why are you not using some kind of gloves ? Never had a answer in my life so am leaving an honest review...
