Update: In response to owners reply. Sorry that you had phone problems but as a customer with an issue, I had no way of knowing this nor of contacting you. I know what Chicken and cashew is and this was chicken with bamboo shoots, there were no cashews. I did not mention large springs rolls so unsure as to why you did, I mentioned that the free springs rolls were not sent and they weren’t despite me spending over £40! Two items in order are wrong, despite trying to phone for 20 minutes now there is no reply and the rest of the food is going cold. A better contact system is required as this is the first and most likely the last time I will order a delivery. The prawn balls were chicken and the chicken and cashew nuts was chicken and vegetables. Also, the stated, free, pancake rolls are not here either! I went here last night. The woman who served me has absolutely no manners. When you order say she says "prefer cash" and put her hand out without telling you how much it costs. While I sat waiting for my order she did the same with everyone else who came in, with the customer having to ask, like I did " well how much is it?" then when my order was ready she didn't repeat back what i had ordered like they usually do when you order a Chinese she shouted over " eeyarr " put it on the counter no thanks or nothing. I said to my partner when I came out " even if this is the best Chinese food I've ever had I will never go there again" that girl needs to learn some manners. I had stopped using tangs as could never get through on phone and found another Chinese which I enjoyed . But over the last month I’ve managed to get through so put order in . First time was in December I was dissapointed but just thought one off , but I’ve just half finished another meal half finished for reason , chips looked and tasted like they was from yesterday as did the spare ribs over cooked dry and tough the chicken curry I had was very salty the same as I had in December.
