Teddylicious Desserts & Grill Erdington — Restaurant in Birmingham

Was served by a lovely young girl who was very polite and professional. Ordered 2 milkshakes and a waffle. I told the young lady what I wanted on the waffle ( strawberries, nuts, Nutella and cream ) . After I repeated I want cream on it she told me all the waffles come with cream. I said cool! When I got home there was no cream on the waffle! :( . Whilst in the shop, ready to pay, I was made to wait whilst a man ( who I presume is the manager / owner ) was talking on his phone. I was paying by card and it turned out that this transaction was going through him. When I say through him, I mean directly through his mobile phone :/ . This was weird to me as I've never had to do that before, and considering it's my bank details and I was weary I asked what the strange looking device was that I have put my card in, to which this man replied "it's called 21st century technology". WHY SO RUDE??!! I asked a simple question considering this is my bank details we are talking about, only for this man to be rude towards me? It's not very good customer service, quite poor if I'm honest. To top it off my milkshake and waffle was very basic. Very...

AVOID!!!!! 3 shakes and all filled with bits of plastic/napkin! Horrible! We literally could piece together the napkin! It clearly shows the name of their business in their font along with their Teddy logo! We rang to see what they would do, got no joy apart from the owners in dubai!!?? Ofcourse he is - clearly this is a repititive issue and when asked to speak to the manager, you are literally passed from one joey to the next with no firm answer! Will not be ordering from here again. Will also be contacting the food & hygiene department in bham city Council. I wonder what their food rating number is?? Will upload pics too.

Only 1 star because I can't leave 0.

2 hour wait for delivery, called up to me told that it hasn't been made yet.

Then told it would be another 15 minutes, 30 minutes later, still wasn't here.

Did finally turn up 2 hours 45 minutes after placing the order, and the delivery driver was abusive, shouting and screaming down the phone because he got lost.

Currently on the phone (been on hold over 5 minutes now), trying to get a refund. Trying to fob us off with a 20% discount for next time - like we'll order from them again!

All the food is inedible; Milkshakes like water (both of them) Waffle was stone cold, missing sauce and toppings Cake came out the box looking like it had been thrown around

Manager is now trying to avoid us, and apparently will ring us back. Told them now, we want to speak to a manager now - 10 minutes later, still...
