Always come here especially after a long day food is 10/10 my family love it they take care and read notes when making your food honestly can’t complain the price is great as food quality is exceptionally high respectful brothers best place in Brum can’t beat it also timing is brilliant 10/15 mins max and the food comes out fresh and hot! worst customer experience i have ever experienced in my life the staff are beyond rude and disrespectful, robbed 20-30 quids worth of money on delivery and the food didnt get delivered, we rang them 6 times and they kept putting the phone down and proceeded to be rude down the phone when we asked about our order and when they cancelled our order we didn’t receive our money back and when we called the store again about receiving our refund they told us it was our own problem and put the phone down, im outraged by the service especially as a hospitality worker myself ive never seen customer...
