Visited the Copt Oak in Leicester recently and overall had a decent experience. Parking: One of the highlights of this location is the ample and convenient parking. It was easy to find a spot, even during peak hours, which made the visit stress-free right from arrival. Facilities: While the pub was generally well-organized, the washrooms were a letdown. I’d give them 3 stars – they were functional but not as clean as expected, especially considering the otherwise decent standards of the place. Improved cleanliness and more regular maintenance would make a big difference here. Atmosphere: The atmosphere was lively, particularly because I visited right after England’s win in the Euros match. There was a great buzz, and people seemed in good spirits – it definitely added some energy to the visit. Overall: A good spot with strong basics like parking and a decent store environment, but the hygiene standards in the washrooms need attention. With some improvement in that area, it could be a much better experience overall.

Lived in Narborough for donkey's years but only just made my first visit to The Copt Oak. Looking good after a recent refurb I found the establishment to be clean and tidy. Staff behind the bar were friendly and I enjoyed a couple of drinks outside with the old man. Seems to be a popular place with plenty of customers about. Plenty of parking, near local shops and easily accessible for locals. Would visit again.

We made an unscheduled stop as the day was running away with us so we hadn't booked upon arrival we were greeted by a young lady who said she would be with us in a few seconds as she was just dealing with another customer then a gentleman came and took us to a table with a menu he asked what drinks we wanted and went to get them when he came back a few moments later he asked if we were ready to order my husband still looking at the menu so he stood waiting until we said could he give us a couple more moments to this he vanished and never returned the young lady who first greeted us was rushing round and delivering fantastic service when she noticed we hadn't any food yet so she took our order the food was lovely and couldn't fault it the service from the gentleman who seated us let the visit down and if not for the young ladies service we...

Clean friendly but.... Me and a friend went yesterday had a all day breakfast. The toast was anaemic the bacon was hardly cooked cheap fatty streaky bacon. Had to wait a good 45 minutes before we had our food brought to us. Could of done better myself. After 2.30pm it started getting very noisy groups of young lads coming in watching the THREE TV screens, football and playing pool. More of a sports pub! If you're looking for somewhere for nice food, nice atmosphere, or even somewhere to bring the kids I wouldn't recommend. Disappointing as this is our local pub, we were so happy after the refit a couple of years ago but its going down and down. I'd like to recommend it...
