Pizza House — Restaurant in Blaby

Thought I'd try this place out as it had opened recently and I am within walking distance (which is always dangerous) I ordered on the app for collection and when told it was ready I made my way there to pick it up. I was a bit disappointed it wasn't ready when I got there despite the app telling me it was. However...it was well worth the wait. The pizza was delicious, the cheese was melted and stringy when you pull a slice away. I ordered a Jaffa cake milkshake too and that was amazing. Real bits of the Jaffa cake orange jelly in it and chocolate. The flavour was spot on. I will definitely be using you again! I would have given 5 stars but because of the app lying to me I've taken one away. But 100% recommend the food. It's nice to have a decent place close by...

Pathetic excuse of a business. Called to order food and asked what time they close. They said we will be closing in 20 minutes so please place order before then. I asked can I call back in 5 mins to place an order and they said yes. So I spoke with my group and put our order together. I called back after 5 minutes and got through to a very rude man. He said no you can’t order now we’re closed. I explained to him we just spoke to his colleague who said we can order and he angrily said that we never spoke to him directly and that they are closed. Had an incorrect order turn up. Which was a bit dissapointing we did eat the pizza as we were hungry - but then I made an error on the website and declined the order as a result as I thought it was their mistake - due to previous experience. I have followed there request to call flipdish for the refund - no joy - actually went in to the shop and requested a refund - still no joy.
