We were in a large group split into three tables due to Covid but that didn't stop anything - the management, the service and the food were at top-notch.

The staff were amiable all the way through. It was very busy but they dealt well between our eating-in orders and the takeaway orders. My OH and I ordered a starter and two mains to share: Meat Samosa (£3.50), Lamb Tikka Biryani (£8.95) and Cox Bazaar Balti (£10.95). The price is reasonable for the quality of the food. It was flavoursome and tasty without being thirsty afterwards.

This is a nice place. Good tastes great and is presented really well. Friendly staff can seem uninterested sometimes and it can take a while for food to come, but if you're up for a curry and not in a hurry, Indian Lantern is a good choice.
