Istanbul BBQ Restaurant and Takeaway — Restaurant in Bolsover

Ok I know some people over exaggerate but I'm not!... I live round the corner from tjs and tbh always had good food and service. The last couple of times have been terrible, most recently we collected 1 donner this was not the best meat quite sloppy barely cooked..1 pizza, base again barely cooked very doughy..1 southern chicken chips, you could probably count on 1 hand how many chips there were, and to top that off we found a big black hair coming out of the chicken coating! My partner took it back round to the shop and they dealt with it quickly and swiftly. I know things happen and mistakes are made but it's happening all too often. Although tjs is convenient for us I'm afraid our custom will be elsewhere in future... Such a shame really as staff are...

Came here for my birthday and I must say the staff were fantastic balloons on the table which was a nice surprise the waiter was fun pleasant and couldn't be more helpful opening our bottles pouring it and explained all the starters that was bought out which I will say was fab but the mains where the best by far the lamb chops were beautiful the rice nice and fluffy the salad fab and then they came out with a chocolate cake with a candle in it and sang happy birthday was embarrassing but so much appreciated to have that personal touch I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back keep up the...

If before I found this as "Really good food, friendly staff 100% recommended" in the last few months things got changed, I'm assuming the ownership was changed as I have seen different people cooking and running the business, first things first they increase prices with 10 to 30% so significant and tbh I received a downsize portions for ie. the potatoes salad, humus smaller I got a portion of ribs that there is more bones than meat also for ribs and Chicken youghourtlu you get at least 4 pcs of naan bread, I got only 2, definitely we will looking for something else...
