McDonald's — Restaurant in Bolsover

Popped in on the the way back from a day out as daughter was hungry. The place was nearly empty which was good as we thought we be able to get our food quicker lol we went in and ordered as a member of family needed the toilet which was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Ordered my good which wasn't much just a wrap meal and hot chocolate and it took forever while waiting more and more ppl came in who were served before us, I mention3d it and they said they was waiting on wrap yet ppl after us got theirs we literally saw them making them. Some staff were mucking about with a mop shame they didn't use it to go clean the toilets the area near the sauces was a mess bin was full ketchup up the wall and hadn't been refilled in fact my daughter wanted ketchup with her meal to be told we had to buy the sauce in end a girl gave us 2 after all if ur free sauce is empty its onlyy fair and I've never been charged for sauce when buying a meal before. My parents who came with us had their meal ordered messed up and missing item so had to wait around longer to be sorted. The place has certainly gone down hill, looked dirty and messy and service was slow despite hardly anyone was in.. doubt I be going back...

I go here around twice a week as its my local McDonald's. It's come to a time now that I'd rather drive aanother 20 minutes and use a different McDonald's. The staff are very rude, constant funny looks, you can hear them slating customers (i.e. my boyfriend can't eat eggs so when he orders a sausage mcmuffin he asks to swap the egg for bacon. We did this today and they were all complaining when we returned it!). They claimed that we had not asked to swap when we had as the worker put bacon on it. My partner ordered a signature burger meal and was treated very rude and felt uncomfortable when we heard 'I hate customers that do that'! Apologies but most customers hate when staff get a simple order wrong! Have been going to Drakehouse more often recently and the staff are absolutely fantastic, all friendly and smiling and have excellent customer service particularly on the rare occasion that they get something wrong...

I'm getting more and more bothered about the mistakes from this place recently. Firstly, if you advertise 8 monopoly vouchers per large then please provide 8 vouchers. The past 3 times I have visited I have gotten 5 maximum per meal if any at all like my last meal. Secondly, I would like my FULL order. My last two visits have resulted in me having to ring back due to missing items. They say things like " have a free meal next time you come by" but it's not free because I paid for the items you didn't provide me! Lastly, incorrect items I can't tolerate. It's I order a cappuccino then I don't want a latte or flat white, I want a Cappuccino. I have never had this issue at any other McDonald's. Get your act together because I ain't coming back coming backif you can't serve customers correctly! I can't keep returning to sort things as it costs money to come back to your restaurants to fix...
