Im sorry to say not impressed at this at all firstly the website is rubbish when it comes to putting your address in, secondly after eventually i placed the order which normal delivery is 40 to 45 minutes only to receive an email informing me it is delayed by a further 15 minutes. They charged me for delivery which i wouldn't have minded if on time and the further insult was the 40p service charge for a poor service. They need to learn about customer service and their promise on their website well back to kfc for us. We ordered at 5 past 6pm this before i even placed the order and we amended the address via phone and online food arrived at 7.35 pm further to this the spicy wings that arent very spicy where bigger than the chicken pieces i would suggest looking elsewhere for a traditional chicken meal. Missing coleslaw from my order. The carton of Vimto I ordered arrived and it was cola. The bun the chicken burger was in was hard round the edges and stale. The gravy was disgusting watery and more like water. Chicken portions unevenly coated leaving chicken skin exposed in some areas while other areas had huge clumps of the coating and that all it served to do was absorb the oil it was cooked in.
