My experience at Morrisons Café was very enjoyable today. Opting for the classic sausage, egg, chips, and beans, I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt service. The dish arrived quickly after ordering, and I was delighted by its tasty flavours. The sausages were perfectly cooked, the egg was lovely, and the chips had that ideal combination of crispy outside and fluffy inside. The beans added a comforting touch to the meal. What stood out the most, besides the tasty food, was the efficiency of the service. The staff were friendly, and the quick turnaround made the dining experience even more satisfying. Morrisons Café has certainly earned a spot on my list of favourite places for a cheap, delicious, and hassle-free meal.

I had the ultimate breakfast which consisted of 2 fried eggs, 3 sausages, 2 slices of bacon, 2 hash browns, 2 slices of fried bread, sliced mushrooms, 2 slices of black pudding and baked beans. Great value for £8.50. And a pot of tea. It was very good. The food was hot (unlike my local Morrisons). The food came very quickly. The staff were very pleasant. The cafe was clean and tidy. The disabled toilet had no hand towels so you lost a star for that. But overall it was a good visit. There is ample parking. Plenty of wheelchair spaces and mother and child. Wheelchair friendly.

Had brunch in the cafe. Staff were pleasant, polite and helpful. Food was OK. Tables were a mess. Needs more staff to clear and wipe tables. Store was clean and tidy. Toilets were clean and well equipped. Large free car park with plenty of disabled space.

Petrol prices are always cheaper here than their competitors. It isn't a place I would go to do a shop as there are a lot of things that they don't stock that you would expect in a store like this. For example I visited once to buy some glasses and there was like 6 glasses on a shelf. For a store that appears big they don't tend to have many choices. It's okay as a convenience store but I wouldn't recommend doing a big shop. The Isles are small so you end up in a human traffic queue going down the Isle. Could be a great store with a little thought to the layout and finding out what people tend to buy. Just seems cluttered with produce that people don't buy. What I do like though is that they sell proper fruit and veg. I.e. they sell fruit as it is supposed to look, they don't refuse to sell a carrot because it isn't straight enough and I must admit they have less unnecessary packaging like not selling bananas in a bag. Like why would you want to buy bananas in a plastic bag, it's acts like these that their competitors do that is contributing to global warming. What purpose does selling fruit in a bag do? Maybe I'm missing...

This is a Big Morrisons..... I like the layout and the Display as you enter the Lobby is always Good, Spring/ Summer/Autumn/ Winter....Good Seasonal promotions ( I Work in Retail for Another Company )So I know how it Works 😁😁😁😁However on my Next point,,"YOU SHOULD NO BETTER " On this Particular day your Shopfloor WAS A BATTLE ZONE, LARGE Pallets ( YES LARGE) Everywhere.... I understand Late Delivery,, BUT......Customer's DO NOT WANT TO BE WALKING INTO PALLETS, half Worked.....Rubbish, just on the Floor, next too the Pallets..... I Dodged one Pallet, only to find as Turned into the Next Aisle, I WALK INTO A PUMP Truck....Half Laden with promo Beers..... Your Crisps and Snacks Aisle, was Obliterated.....Empty Boxes, OFF SALES Galore ..... Too MANY PALLETS BY FAR ON THE Shopfloor, NOT ALL being Worked ( Small justification) IF SOMEONE IS WORKING IT.....No SOCIAL DISTANCING I could see....No TANNOY CALLS ,ADVISING CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE LEGAL Face Masks ( Requirements).... EXPERIENCE COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER)....... SO ONLY...

Just got back from shopping at Morrisons for the first time in a year. Got to the tills and only 2 manned tills open. Joined the queue along with another 3 customers who joined the queue behind me and had to wait an unacceptable length of time before finally being served. I was told by management on complaining that they were short staffed due to 2 people not turning in and the problems of Covid in Bolton. He said he did not realise the tills were so busy but he opened a further 2 tills as soon as he did realise. Why does it take both queues to reach queues of 10 customers with full trollies before he realised that he needed to open more tills? Are the queues not monitored on a regular basis? Clearly Aldi do not have the same problem with quickly putting additional staff on the tills whenever needed in order that their customers do not have to wait too long in a potentially infectious environment. If this is the level of service and respect for customers that we can expect from Morrisons, I think...
