Very unprofessional Service Headless chicken driver !!!!!!!

Ordered take away from this place at 5:30pm and waited until 8:30pm called 6 times in between to make sure its on the way. Non english speaking receptionist told me in broken english(cant really understand )that driver is on the way. After 2 hours called and asked for the drivers mobile he said manager will give me a call and let me know. After 15 mins manager called me and told its been delivered to some one else. He is trying to convince me that I might have given wrong address. No apologies or nothing...Finally driver gave me the order at 8:50 pm I went inside and he rang the bell and said thats the wrong order I was given and gave me the right one . Beware of Headless chicken...

I ordered on Just Eat to take advantage of a 50% off offer and just as my order was confirmed it was then cancelled and the restaurant were not accepting any further orders. I rang the restaurant and spoke to a very nice gentleman who was very helpful and he helped me to sort it all out so that I received the food I wanted and at the time that I wanted. Very much appreciated as due to the offer they were extremely busy. The delivery driver was super friendly and very nice such a pleasure to chat with. The food was exactly as ordered, warm and tasty. Very impressed and will order again. Massive thanks to the gentleman I spoke with on the phone and to the delivery driver both...

Went there for a casual meal and did not except the service and quality to be so good! Honestly the food was amazing and being Bengali myself I could totally taste and see how they have actually put traditional taste and texture into the food. A lot of places compromise but this place certainly doesn't. It is quite a small venue and would love if it had a little refurb done to modernise it a bit more. But other than that top marks for this place. All the other customers seemed to love their food too and they cooked our meal exactly how...
